How do you feel when......

How do you feel when a PC sales representative told you this very sarcastically in front of the other customers, "This is your fault to choose to install Windows 7, 32 bits instead of 64?......

The issue that I complaint was regarding the whole Microsoft Office 10 crashed with Windows 7 but not to any other software installed......

This is how I was treated when I faced software issue the second-day after I purchased Toshiba Portege R835-P56x 13.3-Inch LED Laptop (Magnesium Blue).

To be frank, I am not a software expect, and the only thing I know is that an 62-bits machine can handle a lot more information than an 32-bits machine, but until now I was still been left to wonder ALONE, without much practical reply from the re-seller on why Microsoft office 10 only crashed with Windows 7, for this particular case......
What a "great" after-sales-service I got......
