Let Feedback Directs

This morning, watched this great talk by Dave deBronkart entitled "Meet e-Patient Dave".


It is a great presentation.

Towards the end of his presentation, he highlighted 3 words, "LET PATIENTS HELP", "LET PATIENTS HELP".... "LET PATIENTS HELP"......

WOW!
STUMBLED!
AMAZING IDEA!

Could we,
practice this idea in marketing, in general and made "LET CUSTOMERS LEAD", and
in management as "LET EMPLOYEE LEAD"......
after all, it is only the customers who really know that they really want and it is your employees that made a difference in your organization that sustains in the business world.

Or in short, in every aspect in life, be it in business, management, customer care, or even self-help......
"LET FEEDBACK DIRECTS"

Think about it!
Values the feedback, be it positive or negative!
Appreciate the feedback, be it positive or negative!
Reacts on the feedback that you gathered!
