Around 1230pm yesterday, I received sms from the surgeon, telling me that the feline mammary gland tumor samples were ready......
Immediately, I rushed to the hospital to collect my long-waited samples, and then proceed with primary cell culture isolation in the laboratory.
By 230 pm, I managed to isolate some single cells, and of course some cell clumps, and immediately I cultured them.
This morning, most of them were still survive well. Monitoring continues......
Ha ha, wish me luck, hopefully I will successfully isolate and culture my first feline mammary tumor cell line, which would enable me to study them more closely for the discovery of better treatment regime for breast cancer......
